Bryan Taylor, CFP®, is the Owner and President of Oak Street Advisors and serves as a fiduciary financial advisor. He works with the Oak Street team in the Mt. Pleasant office on financial plans and strategies, providing fiduciary financial and tax planning and asset management through the firm’s fee-only business model.
Bryan graduated from Clemson University and began his financial planning career with a small advisory firm, where he learned the fundamentals of financial and tax planning as well as the business of financial advising.
While working, Bryan enrolled in the University of Georgia Terry College of Business’ Executive Program in Financial Planning, completing the coursework at night and on weekends. He subsequently completed his CFP® certification before joining the family business.
A year after joining the firm, Bryan helped open Oak Street Advisors’ second location in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, where he lives with his family. Over the following 10+ years, he worked alongside his father to grow the family business and build the firm into what it is today.
Today, Bryan serves as a Senior Advisor and Planner, working with the Oak Street team on financial plans and strategies. Through this collaborative approach, the firm provides fiduciary financial and tax planning and asset management within a fee-only business model focused on putting clients’ interests first.
Outside the office, Bryan enjoys playing golf, boating, following the Clemson Tigers, and relaxing on the beach with his wife, Laura, and their daughters, Riley and Ramsey.
